MEET DR. FORBES
With more than 20 years of medical experience, board-certified family physician and aesthetic specialist Dr. Carolyn Forbes is thrilled to offer men and women a wide range of effective nonsurgical treatments in Tooele, UT. As founder and medical director of Symphony Medical Spa, Dr. Forbes performs a number of procedures for the face, body, and skin. Dr. Forbes attended Brigham Young University (BYU) in Provo, UT where she earned her Bachelor of Science in biochemistry. During her undergrad tenure, she acted as president of the College of Physical and Mathematical Sciences and served as a biochemistry research assistant with the BYU Chemistry Society. Once she earned her bachelor's degree, she was accepted into the Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis where she completed her medical degree. Dr. Forbes then attended residency training at Christie Regional Medical Center in Wichita, KS. Since entering private practice in 1997, Dr. Forbes has served countless patients in Tooele, UT and its neighboring areas.
Throughout her flourishing career, Dr. Forbes has received several accolades and recognitions, including two SelectHealth awards and the HealthInsight National Outstanding Quality Award. Dr. Forbes is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) where she serves as a fellow. When she's not working with her clients to help them achieve their aesthetic goals, Dr. Forbes likes to spend her time doing volunteer work or studying the latest aesthetic techniques.
